2. Homeworks to be brought tomorrow, June 8, 2011, Wednesday:

• Math notebook (with white cover and plastic sheet)
• 1 in x 1 in recent photo with surname, nickname and section at the back (you are supposed to stick this on the index card)
• 1 whole intermediate pad with 40 pages approximately (each intermediate pad has 80 leaves so two people can share :-bd)
• Short plastic envelope with brown envelope (be sure to put the submission format on both flaps and it is a homework so put '1HW1' as the requirement code
• Signed contract/class guidelines/protocol

3. Ma'am Dinah's consultation periods are during:

• 5 pm - 6 pm from Monday-Thursday
• 2nd UB but by appointment

ENGLISH

1. Be sure to obtain a copy of Edith Hamilton's "Mythology" soon. 

PHYSICS

1. Requirements for physics:

• Notebook - it could be with spring or not as long as it's separated for it is graded (216 mm x 280 mm)
• Intermediate Pad - 80 sheets that are to be submitted
• Calculator with name and section
• Drawing Materials - pencil, colored pencils/pens, ruler, etc
• Physics Book should be covered with plastic and put your name and section
• Project that is due on June 16 (take note, we have one project every quarter)
• Electroscope - by pair 
• Syllabus - to be given every quarter and should be pasted on the first page of the quarter. :-bd
