Math Clearance Requirement:

Here are the people who submitted their graduation pictures to me last Thursday:
Mike, Maki, Joseph and Eunice

Your graduation pictures are a clearance requirement for Math, again if they are incomplete, the whole class won't be cleared. If you do not have a formal grad pic (the one the school gave out), print out your graduation picture on a 5.5 x 8 cm paper.

For our class yearbook, we're changing the theme from Pokemon to Jail. Kindly make the card that they hold up in mugshots using a 15" x 3" illustration board with your student number written on it (for ex. 08-21037). The student number is the number in your id. Bring maong pants, an orange shirt and your mugshot card on Monday and COME EARLY for the photoshoot. Community service starts at 8.30am be in school by 7.30am.

Fair Requirements:

These are the people who ordered fair shirts, a shirt is PHP 250 each:
1, 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30

Aside from the payment for the fair shirt, the fair ticket is worth PHP 300 which includes complimentary tickets for the rides, inflatables and mini-games. Regardless of attendance, all students are required to pay the PHP 300- ticket (full scholars, howwever, are given an exempt status) Failure to pay in full before March 16 will result to individual registration.

Re: Charm Party:

As you may have heard the "EK + Sleepover" plan for the 13th isn't going to push through because

a. EK closes from Monday to Wednesday every week
b. Quina's going to Pangasinan on those days

So we tried to schedule a party at Janina's resort but this can't push through because the motor in their pool is broken.

HOWEVER. We will schedule a Charm party, the only question now is when. Ma'am Alzate is requesting that we hold it after March 20 so that she'll be able to come along. We'll still go through with the EK + Sleepover plan; we just have to postpone it. Our entire last week of March is booked for graduation practices and graduation. Our tentative dates are either March 24 (Saturday) or April 6/7 (Friday/Saturday). We will discuss this more on Monday, or you can sound off in the comments.

Thank you. :)

Excuse me. Aren't April 6 and 7 Good Friday and Black Saturday, respectively? Maybe we can have it on the 13th and 14th, instead. :D
